Got Consent
o Officer Dorsey will host this event about sexual assault, date rape,
consent vs. non-consent, and incapacitation. It will take place
September 30th at 7pm in room 300 of the Student Center

Anti- Hazing Week
o Eastern anti-hazing week will take place October 26-30th. Updates

o Please nominate sisters for their achievements by October 5th
o Anyone can nominate a sister from a chapter academically, want
PanHellenic community to know, will be spotlighted for the
month. Deadline for next month will be October 5th
Greek Convocation
o Theme: Inspired Not Required (talking about philanthropy,
wanting to actually go to these events)
o October 12th 7pm Student Center Ballroom
o GSAP: asked for 80% percentage of members to show up at Greek
Convocation

 Make A Wish online donation page is up for the Academic year, one
person from each chapter.

o The service hour document is updated on the greek life page, you
can start submitting hours now
 Philanthropy Fundraising
o Fundraising sheets have also been updated on the greek life page,
so please keep those updated if you have not done so
 Office hours are from 4-6 on Tuesdays and Thursdays

 Chapter of the Month
o We are going to continue with the chapter of the month chapter of
the month and it will be Sigma Kappa (so pleas prepare some fun
facts for everyone to learn about )
 Instagram Account
o College PanHellenic has an instagram account that we want to
launch so if you could follow “emucollegepanhellenic” that would
be great.

ROOM PAYMENTS
o I still have not received any payments from any chapter for room
costs, if you could please remind your financial chair that these
need to be turned in by Monday and if not your organization will
frozen because they are in debt as a student organization
