Seaton Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Fluor Corporation David Seaton serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of Fluor Corporation, one of the world’s leading and largest engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services companies. He was elected to the role of chairman in February 2012 and became a member of Fluor’s board of directors and CEO in February 2011. Since joining the company in 1984, Seaton has held numerous positions in both operations and sales globally. Prior to assuming his current position, Seaton served as Fluor’s chief operating officer. Other executive assignments included senior group president over Energy & Chemicals, Government and Power Groups and responsibility for Fluor’s global corporate sales function. In addition to chairing Fluor’s board, Seaton serves on the board of directors of The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS). Active in a variety of professional and business organizations, he is a member of the Business Roundtable, International Business Council and National Petroleum Council. He is a board member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the U.S.‐Saudi Arabian Business Council. Under Seaton's leadership, Fluor has become recognized as the global leader in promoting ethics, compliance, integrity, and anti‐corruption in international business. In that regard, he is an active leader and board member of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative and is co‐chair of the Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Corruption. Seaton is also a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Southwest Region and a Trustee of the PGA of America Foundation and he serves as the Chairman of the President’s Initiative Council at the University of South Carolina and Chairman for the University’s $1B Capital Campaign. Seaton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business and Thunderbird University’s International Management Program.
