October, 2015 Brief Biographical Statement Carol Ann Frost Carol Ann Frost is the Bernard Coda Professor of Accounting and Accounting Doctoral Program Coordinator at the University of North Texas. She earned her accounting Ph.D. at the University of Michigan, was an associate professor at Dartmouth College and Washington University (St. Louis), and has published widely in the leading refereed accounting academic journals including Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, and Contemporary Accounting Research. Professor Frost co-authored two editions of a marketleading international accounting textbook. She has served on many editorial boards and as an associate editor on several leading accounting research journals. She currently serves as an editor at Contemporary Accounting Research. Professor Frost has made more than 50 invited research presentations at leading universities around the world. During 2004 - 2012 she served on the Listings Qualifications Panel at the Nasdaq Stock Market, and from 1999 until 2004 was a member of the Nasdaq Listings and Hearings Review Council. She also has been a strategy and accounting consultant to such firms as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Clifford Chance LLC.
