What’s New in EagleMail (Zimbra 7)
This upgrade brings with it a number of enhancements to email, calendar, tasks, and briefcase. For
example, you will be able to recover messages that have been permanently deleted, set a default font
size for printing, open multiple calendar appointments at the same time, copy a calendar appointment, and set email reminders for calendar appointments and tasks.
Recover Deleted Items
Currently, you cannot recover email messages and calendar appointments once they have been deleted from the Trash folder. After the upgrade, you will be able to restore previously deleted email
messages and calendar appointments up to seven days after they were deleted from the Trash folder.
Default Print Font Size
Currently, you must set the print font size every time you want to print an email message. After the
upgrade, you will be able to set a default font size for printing email messages.

Multiple Appointment Pages
Currently, you must open two browser windows to switch between two open calendar appointments.
After the upgrade, you will be able to open and move easily between multiple appointment pages.
Copy and Paste an Appointment
Currently, you must create all calendar appointments from scratch. After the upgrade, you will be able
to copy an existing appointment and paste it to another date/time on your calendar.
Email Reminder
Currently, EagleMail does not send a email reminder message for calendar appointments. After the
upgrade, you can set up EagleMail to send reminders to an email address you designate.
