andsettingprofessionalgoalscanbeadauntingtask.Ifyouwaituntilyourfinal
quarterattheUWyoumightendupinajobyoudon’tlike.Anddon’tstopwith“I’m
goingtograduateschool.”or“I’mgoingtotakeayearoffandfigureoutwhatIwant
todo.”Thosearefinestartingpoints,buttheyareveryfarfromtheendofyour

decideonacareer,andthenteachyouhowtobethemosteffectiveapplicant
