Spring into Summer at the Eastern Michigan University’s Demonstration Kitchen 845 West Circle Drive, Ypsilanti Michigan 48197 Rackham Hall 105 Eastern Michigan University Office of Nutrition Services Demonstration Kitchen Monday, April 18 Come to "Spring into Summer" to learn healthy, affordable cooking techniques and recipes! The event will be hosted by Registered Dietitian and culinary expert, Callie de Gracia, at Eastern Michigan University's (EMU) Office of Nutrition Services demonstration kitchen. Audience members will learn various cooking skills, techniques to cut food costs at home, healthy eating habits, and local sources for affordable, healthy groceries. Schedule 5pm-6pm - Culinary Demonstration & Samples 6:00pm-6:30pm - Guest Speaker, Q&A, & Break 6:30-7:30pm - Culinary Demonstration & Samples Guests are welcome to come for one culinary demonstration or the entire event. Guests will go home with a "goodie bag" with donations from local businesses!
