County currently values
the Land at $315,000.
Yet, in the final appraisal
report submission, the
Owner`s cover letter
makes the statement,
"Part of the problem
appears to be an inflated
value of the land." I fail to
understand this. The
slight Increase to value
recommended resulted
when I changed the
County`s sketch to match
the one sent in by the
Owner. This property is
equitably appraised. No
further change is
recommended.
