RESTORATION PROJECT
Dear Resident:
Construction is underway for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm
Water Services’ Wilora Lake Rehabilitation Project. Construction is
approximately 40% complete and on schedule.
United Construction has completed the sanitary sewer
replacement. Grading of the new pond (shaping the pond bottom
and shore) should be completed soon. In the next few months, the
old dam will be removed and replaced with a new dam. After that
the pond will be allowed to refill and disturbed areas revegetated.
