This phase consists of creating the construction documents for the preferred design alternative. The project team is planning to review a preliminary submittal of the construction documents later this fall. Once the review is complete, City Real Estate staff will contact property owners if easements are needed on their property for the improvements. The majority of improvements are expected to take place within the Hampton Avenue right-of-way. For more information, please visit our website: http://stormwater.charmeck.org. Click on the Storm Water Projects drop down menu in the green bar, then Active Projects and Hampton Avenue. If you have any questions, please contact Project Manager Danee McGee at 704-336-4102 or dmcgee@charlottenc.gov.
