Dear Resident,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held a public
meeting for the Celia Avenue Storm Drainage Improvement
Project on November 13 at First Baptist Church West. The
purpose of the meeting was to:
• Review the existing storm drainage conditions on
Celia Avenue
• Discuss the proposed storm drainage improvements
• Present the preliminary construction drawings
Project updates will be provided to keep citizens
informed of progress.
