Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services has
obtained all necessary easements and right-of-way for
the Celia Avenue Storm Drainage Improvement Project.
Armstrong Glen, consulting engineer, is finalizing
the construction drawings. After the construction
documents are finalized, the project will begin the
bid phase.

This project will replace the existing culvert near
2708/2624 Celia Avenue and reduce street flooding at
this culvert crossing. The project is on schedule to be
complete by spring 2016.
