Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and
consulting engineer, Armstrong Glen, continue to work
on the Gaynor Storm Drainage Improvement Project.
The project has entered the bid phase. During this
phase, the final plans will be circulated to qualified
contractors for a competitive bidding process. By state
law, the lowest responsible bidder is awarded the
construction contract. The bid phase typically lasts six
months.
