Dear Resident,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services has
hired three companies -- Gavel and Dorn, Land Design
Surveying and Wildlands Engineering -- to assess the
pond located east of the intersection of Rheinwood
Court and Ashley Farm Drive. The pond was selected
through a ranking process for potential improvements.
The assessment will help determine what design
features will improve the function of the pond and the
stability of the dam. A map showing the location of the
pond is on the flip side of this card.
Representatives from the Project Team may need
to enter your property to survey. While State law
authorizes this access to private property, no buildings
