HAZING POLICY Colorado law governing all state institutions provides that “it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any practice called ‘hazing’ or any acts of torturing, tormenting, or maltreating a fellow inmate, employee, or student.” Students who thus interfere with the personal liberty of a fellow student are rendered liable to immediate discipline by the School and to such penalties as may be imposed by law. Approved by Board of Trustees, July 30, 1969. Revised June 2009
