YOUR STORM WATER FEES AT WORK
Dear Resident or Property Owner/Manager,
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held the
second public meeting for the Parkwood Phase I Storm
Drainage Improvement Project on January 10 at the Hal
Marshall Center. The meeting was held to present the
proposed improvements.
Meeting highlights:
• Project Manager David Perry introduced the project
team, summarized the existing problem areas and
proposed improvements.
• Robby Wayne, engineering consultant with RS&H,
reviewed the existing conditions and alternative
analysis.
• The public viewed the proposed improvements and
had individual comment sessions concerning specific
property concerns.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM PUBLIC MEETING
• A question and answer session was held.
• Project updates will be mailed quarterly to keep citizens
informed of progress.
