Prosperity Hucks Area Plan– 60 minutes

The Prosperity Hucks Area Plan covers about 6,200 acres in the northeast corner of
Charlotte. The Draft Plan was under consideration by Council in early 2014 when
significant concerns arose in the community. Staff took a step back and instituted an
additional Community Dialog process. A new Refined Draft Plan addresses the concerns
and provides greater detail in recommendations and design standards than the earlier
draft. Staff will present revised recommendations and changes to the Refined Draft
Plan.
