Charlotte-Mecklenburg Continuum of Care
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Continuum of Care (CoC) is the process of completing the 2013 CoC
application. This CoC grant application is released annually and last year our community was awarded
over $3.6 million. These federal dollars are available through the Housing and Urban Development
Department (HUD).
Below is the projects and funding level that have been recommended by a local review committee to be
included in this year’s application. Also shown is the recommended project rankings which are required
to be included in the application. Projects are ranked to align our community activities with HUD’s
priorities.
