This paper was designed upon Malaysian entrepreneurs with business oriented clients. A numbers of selected entrepreneurs were analyzed. The study founds a differentiation between entrepreneurs who is focusing on the business ideas, entrepreneur’s strategies and socio-development of the entrepreneurs itself. Besides that, the vital implications from this research are assessing an entrepreneur’s style in their business. The paper results consists of set of questionnaires, interviews session and opinions evidences. Furthermore, the paper also discusses on a framework for matching enablers with would-be entrepreneur. The findings of this study helps in identifying the key elements of entrepreneurial orientation that suit the entrepreneur’s background, age, experience and education. Thus, a new approach could be developed to enhance the motivation for new start-up venture and explore the issues in matching suitable enablers with would-be entrepreneurs among young generations. This paper is not new in terms of the issue of entrepreneurship, but it is hope to be pioneer in identifying suitable enablers with would-be entrepreneurs among young entrepreneurs.
