Under circumstances, most countries attend the development of large-scale industry. Moreover, each sector focuses on improving supply chain management that supports a drive toward economic development. However, this development finds out environmental effect and social influence. This paper aims to explore the conceptual framework of performance for sustainable supply chain management in Thai Cement Industry. This paper has been used the content analysis which are peer-reviewed journals, secondary data and in-depth interviews, to investigate the conceptual framework. The result exploration is conceptual framework related to accessible operation for sustainable supply chain management in Thai Cement Industry. There are environmental, social and economic factors, as way to manage supply chain with the purpose of developing supply chain management towards sustainability. The limitations of this paper are the conceptual framework that had been utilized only qualitative approach and this leads to some bias with content analysis. Furthermore, this conceptual framework focuses on main dimension of performance for sustainable supply chain management.
