To be conducted in advance of the NAA 2016 Annual Meeting
Please join us for a full day of training. The NAA will present an Advocacy Continuing
Education session. Designed for Labor, Management, H.R., attorney and lay advocates, the
advocacy training sessions will be led by experienced advocates and arbitrator members of the
National Academy of Arbitrators. In keeping with best practices for adult learning, the training
will be interactive, highly participatory with opportunities to discuss specifics with and receive
feedback from the training faculty.
This Advocacy Training will include, among other subjects:

Preparing and Presenting Persuasive Closing Arguments
