The Equity valuation model is used to permit net asset value to have empirical coefficient values. The scope of this paper covers selected Middle East banking industry from the year 2008 to 2012. This study finds evidence that investors use information in the balance sheet and take into consideration on accounting numbers when they value the banking industry.
