No new extensions of existing electrical circuits required. No changes in wire size required (increase). No change in equipment load. No duct changes except minor duct transition. No alteration or addition of gas piping between service connection and gas cock. No relocation of equipment, (i.e., exterior ground to roof, building interior to building exterior, etc.). No change in energy type, (i.e., electric to gas or fossil fuel, etc.) No change in equipment BTU’s from existing to replacement. New equipment complies with NC Energy Code (2002), Section 503. The failure to 9 all of the shall require the submission of plans to Code Enforcement Commercial Building Permit Department for approval. This form serves for both the Mechanical and Electrical permits on this change out project.
