The following items are being issued herein for clarification, addition and/or deletion and are
incorporated into the Request for Qualifications issued September 16, 2015.
Changes, Clarifications & Modifications

On Page 3, Section 1.2 Project Description is modified by the addition of the following:

These drawings are for general information purposes only and to provide a high level
understanding of the scope and construction sequencing required.
Sheet G0.00 provides an isometric illustration of the project in relation to existing
Concourse D. The Location Map on this sheet illustrates the location of the Phase II
Expansion relative to the Terminal complex and airfield.
Sheets G6.01 - G6.06 illustrate construction sequences 1 - 7a for the vertical circulation
facilities that connect Concourse E to Concourse D.

On page 12, Section 4.9 Financial Capacity; Insurance Requirements is modified as
follows:
Successful firms must have the financial capacity to undertake the work and
assume associated liability. The successful firm will be required to furnish proof of
insurance coverage in the minimum amounts specified below:
• Automobile liability in the minimum amount of $15,000,000;
• Commercial general liability in the minimum amount of $15,000,000; and
• Workers’ compensation insurance as required by North Carolina statutes.
