Administrative Law - R. Reuben - 4 hr take home
Student may pick up exam any day between 12/6 and 12/13 (inclusive).
Exam may be pick up at any time after 8:30 am. Exam must be returned within 4 hours, but in no case later than 4:30 pm.
Comparative Law - S. Strong - 6 hr take home
This exam to be taken on Friday, December 9 ONLY.
Student may pick up exam in Rm 203 beginning at 8:30 am and returned to Rm 203 by 4:30 that same day.
Evidence -F. Bowman - 8 hr take home
This exam to be taken on Friday, December 9 ONLY ~ To be handed out at 8:00 am in room to be announced.
Students will pick up this exam in a room to be announced beginning at 8:00 am and must be returned no later than 4:00 pm that same day.
International Commercial Arbitration - S. Strong - 6 hr take home
This exam to be taken on Friday, December 16 ONLY.
Students may pick up this exam in Rm 203 beginning at 8:30 and must be returned no later than 4:30 that same day.

Exam will have two parts:
(1) a one-hour multiple choice exam on Dec. 15 (8:30 to 9:30 ); and
(2) a take-home to be distributed immediately after the completion of the first part and to be returned no later than 6 hours after distribution
