Administrative Law - Reuben - 4 Hr. take-home
Students may pick up the exam in Rm. 203 beginning at 8:30 on any exam day between Wednesday 12/9 and Wednesday 12/16.
Exams must be returned within 4 hours to Rm. 203, but in no case later than 4:00.
Bankruptcy - Jerry - 24 Hr. take-home
Student may pick up exam in Rm 203 beginning at 8:30 am on any exam day. Exams must be returned within 24 hours to Rm. 203
but in no case later than 4:00 PM.
Please note that students picking up exams on Friday MUST return them that same day by 4:00 pm.
Exams cannot be turned in on the weekend. Please plan accordingly.
Criminal Procedure - Trachtenberg - 6 Hr. take-home
Multiple Choice portion of the exam will be administered on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 8:30 to 9:30 in classroom.
A take-home portion will be distributed at the end of the in-class portion and will be due within 6 hours after being distributed.
Elder Law -English
Exam to be distributed the last day of classes. Exams to be returned by the last day of finals (12/18) in Room 203 not later than 2:00 PM
Evidence - Bowman 8 Hr. take-home
This exam to be taken on Friday, December 11 ONLY ~ To be handed out at 8:00 am in room 112, the Courtroom.
Students will pick up this exam in a room to be announced beginning at 8:00 am and must be returned no later than 4:00 pm that same day.
Insurance Law - Jerry - 48 Hr. take-home
Student may pick up exam in Rm 203 beginning at 8:30 am on any exam day. Exams must be returned within 48 hours to Rm. 203
but in no case later than 4:00 PM.
Please note that students picking up exams on Thursday/Friday MUST return them by Friday at 4 pm of the week in which it is picked up.
Exams cannot be turned in on the weekend. Please plan accordingly.
International Commercial Arbitration - Strong - 6 Hr. take-home
Student may pick up exam in Rm 203 on the morning of Dec. 16.
Exams must be returned within 6 hours to Rm. 203, but in no case later than 4:00 PM.
Regulation of Drugs & Medical Devices - Lietzan - Take Home Exam
Take-home exam, will be made available the last day of class, December 2, and will be due in to Room 203
by no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, Dec. 18.
Patent Law - Crouch - 2 hour take-home
This exam to be taken on Thursday, December 17 ONLY ~ To be handed out at 8:30 am in room 203.
Students will pick up this exam in a room 203 beginning at 8:30 am and must be returned no later than 2 hours after being checked out.
