*For Virtual Tutorials for Students on Erasmus Mobility (Groups C & D):

Students should submit EP2.1/2.2 daily record sheets (signed by preceptor) for the period
indicated in first column by email to the respective tutor (hereunder) by the Friday before
the tutorial, indicated as (1) above. It is imperative that the student keeps to the
stipulated deadlines.

Following tutorial (1), the tutor will have a week to ask/provide feedback to student and
