K‐StateResearchandExtensionoffersthefacilitation,information,educationand
appliedresearchneededtohelpKansansaddresstheimportantissuesfacingourfamilies,
farms,ranches,businessesandcommunities.Thepurposeofthissurveyistodetermine
theprioritiesKansansplaceonissues.KnowingthepriorityKansansplaceonissueswill
enableK‐StateResearchandExtensiontofocustheireducationprogramsontheissues
Kansanswantaddressed.
IfyouneedasurveyforSpanishspeakers,thiscanalsobeprovidedtoyoubyyourlocalK‐
StateResearchandExtensionoffice.
Anyoneovertheageof18whoresidesinKansasisinvitedtoparticipateinthissurvey.
Thesurveywilltakeapproximately15‐20minutestotake.Inthissurvey,thereare
educationprogramprioritizationquestionsanddemographicquestions.Thedemographic
questionshelptoensurethatweareabletoaddressthepriorityissuesofallKansans.
Therearenoriskstotakingthesurvey.Anindividual’ssurveyresponseswillbesubmitted
anonymously,senttoasecureserver,keptforaminimumofthreeyears,andonlyviewed
byauthorizedprojectresearchers.K‐StateResearchandExtensionwouldlikeyour
opiniononalloftheissues,butifyouwouldliketoskipcertainquestionsorwithdraw
fromthesurveyatanytime,youarefreetodoso.
