In 1981 Mr. Krylov graduated from the N. Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in the Instrument Device Faculty. In 1994, Mr. Krylov pursued additional training in marketing, finance and management from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University (USA). From 1981 to 1982 Mr. Krylov worked as an engineer in the N. Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School. From 1982 to 1984 he served in Soviet Army. From 1984 to 1996 he worked for the Almaz Corporation in different high- level managerial positions. From 1996 to 1997 Mr. Krylov worked at Rostelecom in charge of developing GSM systems in regions of Russia. In June 1997, he joined QUALCOMM International as a Senior Manager of Business Development with the task of developing QUALCOMM’s technologies within the Russian and CIS marketplaces.
