Flexible day/evening hours based upon needs of the college Purpose To meet the objectives of LTC’s Career pathway initiatives and the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) federal grant, this individual will be responsible and accountable for generating and cultivating adult student prospects through outreach and recruitment activities. As well as, building relationships and maintaining contact with leads, inquiry pool and applicants, with the goal to transition prospective Nursing and Pharmacy Technician students from inquiry to admitted. Host on-and off-campus recruitment and influencer events, presentations and meetings. Traveling to Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Green Bay, Fox Valley, Fond du Lac, Wausau, Stevens Point, Rhinelander, Fennimore, Waukesha and La Crosse is required in this position. Job Description Use a comprehensive recruitment process to generate and cultivate new potential students to set and reach their academic and/or employment goals. Components include: Engage with TAACCCT eligible individuals in job centers, Veterans Agencies, and other adults to provide oversight for onboarding Nursing and Pharmacy program students with the LTC recruitment team. Provide general information and individualized assistance to the public related to the Pharmacy and Nursing program offerings and support services at LTC. Participate in relevant external events representing the college and its programs and services for prospective students. Cultivate college enrollment through target audience communication, activities & events. Collaboratively develop and deliver effective presentations and activities to facilitate career exploration activities to the community. Develop referral networks with targeted organizations; which is not limited to, but may include Job Center staff who work with individuals who are TAA eligible, dislocated workers, or veterans. Facilitate career exploration including career assessments, informational interviews, and personal consultations to assist students in identifying career goals. Maintain a comprehensive communication plan to encourage students to progress from inquiry through the admissions process in collaboration with Enrollment Specialists. Follow-up with prospective student inquiries and leads to identify their personal goals and needs. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tool to support follow up and communication plan. Follow-up with students that have inquired and applied to LTC in a timely fashion. As a member of the enrollment team, participate in the investigation, development and implementation of new services and processes in response to student needs and trends.
