Liga Bivina, M.S., L.C.G.C. Philosophy of Care Liga Bivina recognizes that each individual has unique preferences and circumstances that are ever changing. Plans surrounding genetic diagnosis and testing should be individualized based on each person’s needs and desires. Her goal is to equip patients with the knowledge needed to make these decisions, empowering them to be in control of their health management and future. Clinical Interests Liga Bivina is a genetic counselor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Genomic Medicine. She sees children, adults, and their families for a variety of indications. She serves as the UC Davis NF/Ras Pathway Genetics Clinic Coordinator and has experience caring for individuals with Lysosomal Storage Disorders receiving Enzyme Replacement Therapy (ERT). She enjoys building relationships with patients and families and working to help improve their quality of life.
