Prior to Disney, Jessica taught in an elementary school through Teach For America and conducted research on emotional intelligence at Yale. She graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2013 with an honors degree in psychology and an interdisciplinary sequence in leadership. Dr. Stacey Doan, Assistant Professor Dr. Doan serves an Assistant Professor of Psychology and educates the students at Claremont McKenna College. She has taught college level courses in health psychology, developmental psychology, and cognitive development, to name a few. Dr. Doan began her work at CMC this past July. Previously, she served as an Assistant Director in Psychological and Brain Sciences at Boston University. She earned her B.A. from Carleton College and both her M.A. & Ph.D. from Cornell University. Kimberly Hunnell ’10, Account Manager Kimberly serves as an Account Manager for Halls & Partners, a global brand consulting agency specializing in brand engagement and communications research. Prior to this role, she served as a Project Manager at Cisco and a Business Consultant at the YMCA. Kimberly graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2010 with a dual degree in Economics and Psychology. Dr. Sharda Umanath, Assistant Professor Dr. Umanath currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. Here she focuses her teaching efforts and research on memory and cognition, analyzing and writing about how prior knowledge influences memory in adults. Prior to coming to CMC, Dr. Umanath completed her A.B. in PhilosophyNeuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and both her M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Duke University.
