Dr Ferreira-Pereira’s Doctoral thesis findings, examining and analysing Austria, Finland and
Sweden’s security and foreign policy conduct in the first post-Cold War decade. Particular emphasis is given to these countries’ responses to the European developments that took place after 1989 and within key institutions such as the EU, the WEU and NATO.
