Anderson Attorney andersonh@lanepowell.com 206.223.2550 Areas of Practice Heidi Anderson concentrates her practice in the financial institution and commercial finance industries, with an emphasis on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Her litigation practice focuses on the enforcement of creditor’s rights and remedies, including bankruptcy representation, receiverships and out-of-court workouts, and the representation of financial institutions in commercial litigation matters in both federal and state court. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Heidi was in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, responsible for the negotiation and preparation of commercial agreements and leases and advising on general corporate legal matters.
