Areas of Practice
Andy Morrow focuses his practice on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing
representation of corporations and limited liability companies. He represents a variety of publicly
traded and privately held borrowers with respect to their bank and other debt financing. He has
particular experience representing owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living
facilities and senior housing, and financial institutions. Andy was actively involved in the drafting
and revising of the Oregon Business Corporation Act and the Oregon Bank Act and is frequently
consulted by other lawyers on Oregon corporate and banking law issues.
