She represents health care, long term care and seniors housing providers in litigation involving allegations of wrongful death, negligence and abuse. Kara also defends other businesses in litigation involving catastrophic and workplace injuries. She has significant experience defending property owners and managers in premises liability cases, and in particular, has extensive experience handling assault and slip/trip and fall cases.
