MOLLY GAVIN Molly Gavin serves as a Senior Analyst in Government Affairs at QUALCOMM Incorporated. Her current responsibilities include analysis of emerging markets in respect to QUALCOMM’s interests, as well as preparing and presenting white papers and presentations for various government bodies and International organizations in the region. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Ms. Gavin worked for the Institute for Global Conflict and Cooperation, where she was responsible for preparing briefs for roundtable discussions with United States and foreign telecommunications regulators. Ms. Gavin has also worked with Motorola in its iDEN international marketing department. Ms. Gavin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with majors in Government and Spanish and received her Master’s Degree in International Relations from UCSD’s Graduate School for International Relations and Pacific Studies. Ms. Gavin has also been awarded fellowships from the Kellogg Foundation, the Shoepflin Foundation and the Markle Foundation for her work on the digital divide and gender issues in developing nations.
