Ambulatory Nutrition
May include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, Primary
Care Networks, Sports Nutrition, Renal Clinic, Renal Transplant, ALS,
Bariatric Surgery, Adult Cystic Fibrosis, Adult/Pediatric Endocrinology, High
Risk Obstetrics, Wound Clinic, Cancer Center
Community Nutrition
May include Meals on Wheels, Food Bank, Living Fit Forever, Supplemental
Program for Women, Infants, and Children
Elective Experience (varies)
UC Davis Medical Center (UCDMC) pediatric specialties (inpatient or
outpatient), UCDMC adult specialties (inpatient or outpatient), additional
experience in UCDMC Management, community nutrition site, long term
care
Staff Experience (2 to 5 weeks)
Minimum 10 days of staff experience in Inpatient Clinical Nutrition
Holiday Shifts
Each intern works one to two holiday shifts in Inpatient Clinical Nutrition
