April 17, 2014 New Supervisory Development Certificate Program Preparing for Supervision Certificate Series (Course Code 08300) If becoming a supervisor or future leader at UC Davis Health System is your goal, you can begin that journey by participating in the "Preparing for Supervision Certificate Series." This series utilizes a blended learning approach combining instructor-led and eLearning courses. In addition, you will work on your individual development plan as you develop your transition from an individual contributor role to one of supervisor/leader.
