The system went live with more than 125,000 users and more than 500,000 bills. Both systems had a 98% uptime rate in the first 12 months. Project 2: eCommerce implementation for one of the 3 largest Swedish telcos, 6/2009 – 6/2011 • Wrote and presented a proposal to redesign the eCommerce strategy and on-­‐demand platform. This proposal was awarded the $1.5M project. • Led offshore programming team to (1) deliver capability for on-­‐demand media (movies, TV and music) through online and mobile channels and (2) allow customer ratings and reviews, multimedia product recommendations, and social media connectivity.
