What is important for the reader to note, however, is that in many of these texts, there is a considerable crossover of relevance in terms of their applicability to different topics. For example, many of the indicated works relating to power and politics will also be directly relevant to organisations. The textbooks on globalisation generally touch most of the topic areas of AH Sociology in one way or another. It would be useful, therefore, to review the breadth of literature indicated in order to give oneself access to the widest possible range of information. iv SOCIOLOGY (AH)
