Generally this was adequately answered. Questions A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 These questions were adequately answered by most students. These questions covered a wide range of topics like primary keys, macros, operating systems, spreadsheets, goal solving, networking and WWW. Students did slightly better in Question A6. Section B In this section most students answered the questions adequately. These questions concerned business operations and questions B2 and B3 were equally popular with the candidates. This implies that this section is being given proper importance by the intermediate level information technology students. Question B3 has a lower average mark possibly due to the fact that it was more descriptive and required more application of learning than question B2. Chairperson Board of Examiners July 2006. 3
