Week of Spring and Fall 2012 with Adjunct Instructors.
Results were posted on Cabrillo’s SLO Accreditation Grids
Proposed Degree and Certs. Approved by Curriculum
Committee during Spring 2012. Proceeding with the Degree
& Cert. approval process through State Chancellor.
Trends were showing improvement for achieving this goal.
Awaiting the most current analysis to confirm this fact.
Completed Fall Semester 2011.
Comments
Materials, equipment, tools, etc. were moved during the
Summer and Fall of 2012. CEM instructors and students
participated in GTC Grand Opening September 2012.
CEM Program Chair to continue dialogue with consent and
guidance of Cabrillo’s Management staff.

Example: Per meeting with PG&E on 12/14/12 for use as a Regional Training
Facility. Other similar efforts to be considered, pursued, and implemented.
Due to the fact that the GTC is located at the southern end of Cabrillo’s student
community, enrollment has been impacted by approximately 30-40%. Explore
the means and methods for offsetting this factor.
Improve the acoustic, noise, and comfort issues of Room D101 of the GTC.

Completed Spring and Fall 2011. CTE Assessment Analysis, instructors met
to establish outline for creating an instructors’ “rubrics” for course(s) and
their evaluation. From this process, relevant information was inputted into the
October 1, 2011 SLOs Assessment Report/Grid(s) that were submitted on the
aforementioned date(s) for the purpose of continued accreditation and
analysis.
