Quality of student work, pace and content, appropriateness of teaching methods and action(s) taken to resolve any problems A much more balanced distribution of marks compared to previous years suggesting the work was sufficiently stretching. The course is quite mathematical in places yet taken by almost all the Earth Science students (and Natural Scientists) so it can prove to be a challenge. The marks suggest that the pace and content are about right. B.
