QUESTION 1: What professional development of faculty and staff would help us sustain and increase
our FTES in the Division:
1. Department specific professional development. Eg. Fitness education teaching methods for the
kin department
2. Have in-person registration in the gym like we used to and give instructors that participate FLEX
credit. The Stroke Centre still uses this type of registration.
3. Online training and the FLEX credit the actual number of hours it takes to develop the class.
4. Capture FTES for Interns by creating a course for them and having them register for the course.

c. Grant eligibility factors lack flexibility
d. Limited availability of the new grants officer

a. Annual appeal to alums and families
