Marlena Luhr: This room is good- a perfect size. Jasmine: It’s too difficult for the people in the back to see. The room we used last year (WARD-5) was better. Dan: The projector shines in your faces. Tim Walsh: there’s a room in Kogod with stadium seating with a table in the front. Marlena: What about WARD-1 or 2? It might be too big. Tim Watkins: There isn’t enough desk space in WARD-1 and 2. Hussein: A smaller room has more of a community feel, but stadium style would be better. Adjournment o At 11:45pm the 3rd General Assembly meeting of 2011-2012 is adjourned
