o General Assembly Meeting Location Discussion (How do you like our
current meeting location?)
 Marlena Luhr: This room is good- a perfect size.
 Jasmine: It’s too difficult for the people in the back to see. The
room we used last year (WARD-5) was better.
 Dan: The projector shines in your faces.
 Tim Walsh: there’s a room in Kogod with stadium seating with a
table in the front.
 Marlena: What about WARD-1 or 2?
 It might be too big.
 Tim Watkins: There isn’t enough desk space in WARD-1 and 2.
 Hussein: A smaller room has more of a community feel, but
stadium style would be better.
Adjournment
o At 11:45pm the 3rd General Assembly meeting of 2011-2012 is adjourned
