Program will be staffed by grad/undergraduate students and practicing female engineers. Program will focus on hands-on discovery-based exploration of aptitudes and interests. Exclusive social media component will support and evaluate students' pursuit of their newly found passions. Conduct one-stop-shop seminars twice a year. Construct datadriven annual reports. Create promotional marketing for all campus K-12 outreach. Collaboratively create/publish papers featuring campus K-12 outreach success. Mission Statement: The Institute will coordinate all K-12 outreach efforts across campus. The goal will be to take advantage of synergistic activities while working to eliminate duplication of efforts, thereby utilizing resources efficiently with maximum impact on each student. Initiatives spawning from these efforts will focus on creating innovative best practices that can be replicated on a local, regional, national, and international stage.
