We all want the same thing – to be healthy! We just get so busy that sometimes it’s hard to keep track of what
we need to do and when to do it. Routine preventive care helps find and treat minor problems before they
become major problems. Preventive services include screenings, immunizations, and physical exams. The
services you need vary over the years so here are some preventive care guidelines to help keep you on the road
to good health.

Age 18-39: Every 5 years
Age 40-49: Every 2-3 years
Age 50+: Every 1-2 years
which is "good"? LDL cholesterol (bad) is "low-down."
HDL cholesterol (good) comes "highly recommended."

Age 18-49: Every 2-3 years
Age 50+: Every 1-2 years

Age 18-39: Every 1-3 years
Age 40-49: Every 1-2 years

Annual vaccination for all persons 6 months of age
