Sick Leave/Annual Leave

When you know in advance that you will be absent please enter that time into ADP as
soon as possible.
If any absences are not entered by the 15th of each month, you must complete an

In addition to documenting in ADP, also inform Dr. Knighton of time away from campus.
Standing Authorization for Travel

Please submit Standing Authorizations for Travel for FY2016 to Dr. Knighton as soon as

and communication with the Budget Manager.



The group briefly reviewed the latest Organizational Chart for Academic Affairs.
Dr. Knighton has added Coordinator positions.
Raises


A small portion came from the BOR for raises and additional funds were added from the
GSC budget to allow for more significant raises.

January 2016 if we reach 4,088 students this fall.
New Hire Procedures/Hiring Guide

NSO-7/9/2015


Academic Summaries now say which Guided Pathways students are in.
After 7/29, we may open Pathways seats to non-pathways students.
Students who RSVP’d for the 7/16 NSO were put into Pathways.
Concerns and Needs



The lack of seats is making it very difficult to make schedules.

of NSO attendees.
Dr. Purvis is concerned about the July 9 NSO being held on final exam day for some
Summer NURS courses.
