ABSTRACT
This researchwas aimed to revealthe stagesin developingeffectivemedia for the instruction
of physical, sport, and health education in high schools.The developedmedia were expectedto

learning achisrernent.This study was categorizedinto researchand development.The processof ,
d w d o p i n g t h e m u l t i m e d i a w a s i n t h e s t a g e so f i n t r o d u c t i o n ,i n s t r u c t i o n a ld e s i g n ,p r o d u c t i o n ,
s r a l u a t i o n ,a n d r s r i s i o n .l n t h e p r o d u c t i o ns t e p ,t h e i n i t i a l p r o d u c tw a s d w e l o p e d .T h i s p r o d u c tw a s
obtainedfrom the production process,and was validated by subject-matterand media experts.The
next $ep was to try out the product to the studentsin three steps,namely, oneto-one tryout, vnall
group tryout, and field try out. The subjectswere studentsof SMA N g Yogyakarta.The data
were
collectedusing a questionnaire,test and observation. The data were in the form of the result of the
evaluationon the quality of the product, recommendationfor the product improvernent,test scores,
a n d o t h e r q u a l i t a t i v ed a t a . T h e q u a n t i t a t i v ed a t a w e r e a n a l y z e du s i n g d e s c r i p t i v es t a t i s t i c sT

INTRODUCTION
ln seniorhigh schoolof KTSP,thelessonof sport phisycaland healtheducationladetheteory
and practicalwork. For examplethe health teory is the competencestandartto apply the culture of
healthlive, with the competencestandartcan be dangerousanalizaemployingof drugs.Think of the
importantbythemateri for student,hopeto assumethestudentcompetencecan
beattainment.
By the very fact from the non legitimatesurvey for teachersof phisycal,sport, an health
educationcan get some complaint about as difficult to searchthe learn source becauseof not yet the
specialhand book about the healthyof seniorhigh schoolstudents.They feel difficult to buy the book
of drugs becausenot the storesalescollectionthe book of drugs.Searchingof sourcefrom the internet
substantivelycan to do, but can't undeniablethat for accessesthe internet so that it can be an
obstructionfor them.
The method of conventionallearningto used up till now, for examplethe speechof method.
The processof learning still dominated with the transfer of knowledgefrom the teacherand the
student.The any sourceof study can text book only and not yet to employingthe otherslearn source.

A variety of problems can impelling researcherto evolvingthe media for phiqycallearning,
sport, an senior high school health education.In order to, the researchto do in efentsis: How to
evolvingthe computerof media ca effectiveto usedin physicallearning,sport, and seniorhigh school
education?.
This researchhead for give expressionto the phasesin multimedia of learningfor effective
e v o l v i n g a n dh a v e t h e c h a r a c t e r i s t itco,c o v e r i n g a v a r i e t y otfh e m e d i a c o m p o n e ntth a t i s t h e t e x t .

students in general is "good". For the performanceaspect, content/matter,
and instruction are
agsessedby almost of students belong to the "good" criteria. The
score averagein each assessrnent
aspectis 4'19 on performanceaspect,3,95 on content/matteraspect,
and 4,15on instruction aspect.
The whole averageis 4,06 that belbng to the "good" criteria.
Ti-remedia product that is developed
effectivdyis usedon the learningprocessof health,sport, and physical
education.lt can be seenfrom
the result of post test i.e. g7,14voof students get the sores >
6,s, means that the instruction
competencyis gained.
According to the conclusionand the limitation above,
can De suggestedthat: This media
productis usedon the instructionprocessof health,
sport,and physicaleducationin SIrrAin order that
instructionprocessis more effectiveand efficient;and rhis
media product can be introducedthrough
the seminarsor simirar activitiesin order that is can be used
by the wide society.
