Review Previous Meeting Notes, determine which grants we need to focus, discuss
and start to develop a matrix that would capture key indicators and outcomes of
each grant program.

GIS Working Team Chair Dale Guenther to give an update on projects the GIS
team is working on and how we may be able to work with the GIS team in meeting
our Program of Work.

Review 2010 Program of Work, and discuss how to move forward.
o Inventory and product development of past projects, 2005 to present
o Each agency development of grant briefing papers

Discuss NFP grants and how we want to handle FY11 grant process, set up grant
schedule, identify actual team member, set meeting for grant subcommittee to meet
to start FY11 grant process.

Have a discussion on where we are headed in the future as it relates to priority
identification and the multiple efforts that are currently occurring.
